The DCtools app is an application to help data center administrators to make quick calculations about capacity requirements for server installs.
The user enters the quantity of servers and their specifications and the app returns with the amount of cabinets, servers per cabinet, kilowatts per cabinet, total RUs (rack units), number of switches, total power consumed, power density, cabinet power usage efficiency, cabinet cost usage efficiency and total cost of installation. It also converts the results in 3 currencies: USD, EUR and CNY.
